第31届奥运会于8月6日在巴西里约热内卢隆重开幕，开幕式上的圣火冉冉升起，传承着2000多年的体育精神，象征着各个民族的荣誉，不仅如此，本届奥运会有一只独特的队伍，他们是代表着和平的心愿的难民队，他们的国家发生战乱，也没有阻挡他们对和平的向往，对运动的渴望。奥运会是全世界的一个重大活动，我们备考托福的孩子们除了关注自己喜欢的运动员以外，更要从中受到启发，积累素材，从而在写作部分取得高分。
一、重点备考题型思路
以下题目是关于体育类的近几年的托福独立写作机经题目，Sports带给我们很多好处。比如 可以让我们锻炼身体，放松，全面发展，增强自信，培养团队合作精神，锻炼坚强的意志以及结交朋友等。同学们学习过程中，可以根据结合自身的例子，阐述清晰。

二、结合奥运会热点，描写开头段背景，吸引考官。
在我们学习过程中，同学们产生的最大的疑惑是开头段的背景往往毫无头绪，而且相对来说缺乏新意，在独立写作中，背景部分不仅能够引出我们所说的话题，做出铺垫，而且最好能够吸引读者兴趣，从而一招制胜。那么如何结合奥运会的热点话题写出背景呢？
用下面两道题目做例子，供同学们参考：

With the 31th Rio Olympics' sacred flame booming，our sports' spirits faster，higher and stronger are inspiring humans doing sports.Sports were born within the nature of human beings，the nature of peace and the nature of globalization and will never stop its step. Even sports are common to people，for us，it's the new ground to use this new format to make our world different.
2.Do you agree or disagree with the following statement？
Professional athletes who receive high salaries，such as football or basketball players，deserve what they get.

3.引经据典法在运动类的作文中也是必不可少的。同学们可以积累下来，考试中写在开头，不仅能够展示文采，而且能够吸引读者兴趣，一举两得。

三、结合奥运会的体育明星，描写中间段例子，生动形象。
在托福独立写作中，中间段的举例子的方法尤为重要，能够形象生动的显示出同学们要表达的中心论点，素材的积累在写作中尤为重要，下面我们补充素材，供同学们参考。

3.运动员训练过程中很容易受伤，运动带来了很多伤病，使得他们退役之后需要医药照顾和格外护理。Liu Xiang Kobe

Kobe Bean Bryant (born August 23，1978) is an American retired professional basketball player. He played his entire 20-year career with the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He entered the NBA directly from high school and won five NBA championships with the Lakers.
One reporter of US asked to Kobe before， “what made you to achieve success？” Kobe Bryant basketball player smiled and asked， “Have you ever seen the scene of Los Angeles at 4 am？ I see often， because I have been starting training at that time.”
2.梦之队 Dream Team NBA：
The best-known “Dream Teams” constitute shining examples. In important world-wide competitions， such a title symbolizes the superior power to win a gold medal. Among the outstanding members that make up “Dream Teams，” most are professional athletes playing for famous sports clubs or associations. Michael Jordon， the world-renowned NBA player， used to represent his country to defeat other basketball teams in the Olympic Games. Many other sports stars are doing the same.
3马尔科·范·巴斯滕 Marco Van Basten：(受伤退役)
He is regarded as one of the greatest players of all time and has scored 300goals in a high-profile career， but played his last game in 1993 at the age of 28 due to an injury that forced his retirement two years later.
4盖德˙穆勒 Gerhard 'Gerd' Müller（退役后一段时间酗酒，找不到工作）
After Müller ended his career in 1982， he fell into a slump and suffered from alcoholism. However， his former companions at Bayern Munich convinced him to go through alcohol rehabilitation. When he emerged， they gave him a job as a coach at Bayern Munich II.
